Sarah

Sarah Hazel holds a BFA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and was an Industrial and Graphic Designer for many years prior to her introduction to Pilates. Sarah began as a Pilates student about 15 years ago and was so impressed with her improved strength, balance and muscle tone that she decided to study further. After becoming a Power Pilates Certified Mat Teacher, she completed the Power Pilates Comprehensive Training Program in New York City. She’s also an active member of the Pilates Method Alliance.

Andrea

Andrea Berke fell in love with Pilates over 15 years ago while living in Chicago.  It was the first program that helped with both posture and pain while also achieving her fitness goals.  Pilates supported Andrea through the birth of two children and returning to fitness after childbirth.  Andrea followed her passion and became comprehensively certified through Balanced Body.  Working with Kathy as her mentor, Andrea has added the classical nuances to her Balanced Body training.
